The 40something woman sure calls on our sympathies. There’s quite a bit going on beneath the surface, which is interesting. I think I need to review both, and yes, looking forward to part 3 ( :Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09395044055566348346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2801886505610086313.post-20930912646475011972011-09-14T02:00:15.530-07:002011-09-14T02:00:15.530-07:00Thanks for the comment; glad to hear that you enjo...Thanks for the comment; glad to hear that you enjoyed ARCHIPELAGO. It’s really stayed with me in the few days since seeing it. How did you feel about UNRELATED? I could relate to the story quite a bit, and I agree-especially liked the speech near the end. And the title is one of the most interesting and bizarre in recent memory! Her films are not for everyone, though Joanna Hogg sure is underrated. Archipelago is the kind of film I can see myself rewatching, made my top 10 of 2011 so far. As you say, lingers in the mind, I could have done with a music score- though in real life by the sea there is just silence and the waves...Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09395044055566348346noreply@blogger.com
